Subway - Réserver une table

Ordered food for subway through Uber eats, there was no option for subway to be toasted. When called to advise subway to make sure they are toasted, the lad said not a Problem I’ll let them know now. Order arrived, they aren’t toasted. Called up again to ask what’s happened, and the customer service was disgraceful, not a care in the world other than sort it with Uber. When told he doesn’t have the app but knows there is an option for toasted, would not offer any help other than us to bring it back, When said no and would just rather not order again he replied with well It doesn’t bother me. Customer service is always on point along with good fresh food. good service and quickly. only thing i would say is it worth a relayout to make it nicer for people to queue to get things made. also would be good if it was looked into why the card reader is tempremental at times Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10
