On August 31, 2023, I found myself at the Subway restaurant in Oftringen, Switzerland, accompanied by a Muslim friend. For around 25 Swiss francs, we opted for the all-you-can-eat offer. The ambience of the establishment could not convince. There was a lack of both cleanliness and an attractive interior. The walls showed significant soiling and the dining area did not appear to be well looked after as tables were left untidy. However, an employee of Brazilian provenance, although friendly and very personable, caused a significant mishap. Yesterday at 9:45 p.m. I got to the subway, at about 9:53 p.m. the lady was there, since she didn't make any sandwiches because she had to get there at 10 p.m. Pretty quick, there are a lot of different things! And what's more, it's done extremely slowly and unmotivated. She would have done a nice job if she had served everyone. And 10 minutes overtime won't hurt anyone! Very unprofessional behavior!
