After a 'false review ' reply by the owner, I thought I 'd share a little about my experience I have been a regular for a while now, and only chose to rate them today as I was prompted to by my Google maps app. I have them a 2 star rating overall due to having ordered the exact same thing on every visit but being regularly upcharged I order a subway melt but get charged for a turkey breast and ham bacon which is more expensive, I assumed this was as the item was no longer available and they were trying to accommodate me. Great tasting cheesy toasted baguette, just the way you want it. Meal deals are great and eating it with a latte while looking out of the window and watching the cold shoppers rushing by, while you relax in the clean warm environment is a great way to enjoy a half hour break.
Lovely friendly staff. Just a bit too hot in the restaurant, so I asked if the air con could be turned on and said they have told they aren't allowed. The staff looked really hot a bothered as well. I really felt for them.
Delivery took so long the food was absolutely stone cold, bread was not toasted a was so cold it felt like it was part defrosted, ended up in the bin. Impossible to contact anyone so an expensive waste of money

This subway is awesome, friendly and welcoming staff, really nice food, my lunchtime go to when I am in Sudbury.
Had one bad visit, but subsequently the place is spotless and the staff are generally friendly and helpful
Always great food and service. Seating area is clean and tidy. Happy to recommend and will go again.
