Extremely disappointing experience. The two owners were very rude and refused to provide me with a cup of water, even though it is legally required. When I requested a cup of water, they insisted that I buy a bottled water from the fridge instead. Their emphasis on profit is disheartening, and I am genuinely upset about this encounter.
This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. I ordered my food online, including a bottle of Gatorade, but when I arrived, they told me I could only choose a soda from the fountain, even after showing them my receipt. It's absurd and the customer service was terrible. They took my money and wouldn't provide what I paid for.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The staff was extremely rude and displayed racist behavior. They even tried to charge me $20 for a foot-long sandwich just because I added avocados, and I didn't even order a meal. Plus, the restaurant has a terrible smell. How is this place still open?
