Sandwich in sauce bread soak chicken was cold not even warm. Fresh sandwich wasn't true, it was disgusting Slop. My wife couldn't eat it and mine was cold and inconspicuous. We called to complain and the attitude we get is that it is a sandwich and he asked if there are pictures we told him yes, and we have the feeling that everyone should see the work they do. We left our number for the manager because they were not available, hopefully they'll come back to us tomorrow. We spent our hard-earned money so we could relax tonight, have a great night together and don't need to cook, and we found ourselves trying to salt the sandwiches by heating in the oven, but nevertheless it didn't help.
Terrible wait. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes in line “while” taking my order. I saw as other vehicles drove off because of the wait. Sandwiches were ready when I drove to window but I think they should speed up the service. Other Subways not take that long. Also, meat portions were very little. Definitely not going there anymore. I’ll drive to other locations.
I have been to this restaurant five times now and each time I have had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Even when I went inside and there were no other customers, I was still completely ignored. It is frustrating that they do not acknowledge customers who do not drive up to the restaurant.
Why have a drive thru if you have no intention to serve customers with it. I waited in drive thru 45 minutes only for three different employees to ask again what my order was and take forever to put together a simple menu item. Just avoid coming here altogether if you don’t want your entire lunch hour to go to waste.

Came at 18:15. Workers (Noah) was only from one side of the trap. Had all meat, cheese and vegetables together in one case. Was from the stock of most meat and vegetables. Noah said it was because she wasn't in stock at the weekend. Don't make sense. There was a cookie and no drinks. Extremely unsatisfied.
Forgot why I stopped coming here and was reminded today. The order was wrong, food was old, super cold, I ask for fresh bread not toasted… when I open it, it is and burnt! Ordered the pizziola… Pepperoni was super pink ? broccoli cheese soup was dark and brown. Can’t say anything was right
Yall dont do drive thru anymore?My 5th time here where I'm just waiting outside for 10-15min with nobody even acknowledging me that I'm there! This last time I went into and there wasnt even any customers inside.... Dont say yall do drive thru when I'm just being completely ignored.
The service at this restaurant was fast and excellent. We were in and out in under 10 minutes with the help of the attentive staff, who were willing to assist us in any way possible. The location was clean and the food was fresh.

This location has no priorities on customer service and took forever in the drive thru. No customers whatsoever and they still did not answer the window. This subway has been going down hill. Subway. Get your s together.
