The service was very slow, and the staff member spoke so softly that I could hardly hear him while a line was building up behind me. Not wanting to seem rude, I just paid the amount he charged without confirming. When I asked to upgrade the subs to a meal deal, he told me meal deals weren’t available. I was surprised, and I’m sure others in line thought I was the one causing the delay.
I ordered meatball subs, but 2 of the 5 meatballs were tough and burnt. I was planning to buy cookies, but saw a fly in the display case. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she didn't seem concerned. I won’t be returning.
The service was slow since just one employee was managing a large crowd of customers.
