I love a Subway cheap, plain enough for fussy kids, healthy ish, and a chain, so you know what you 're getting. Except from this one. Surly, incompetent service is pretty much guaranteed, but there 's ALWAYS something they 've run out of, some piece of equipment not working. No bread, on at least one occasion. It 's a sandwich shop! If you 're lucky enough to call in while the manager isn 't in, at least the staff are apologetic and friendly. You need to do something about your manager. He claims to be the manager, and says his name is James Falcon but has an accent that would suggest this is not his name. He was rude, tried to make me choose white/brown bread despite at least 3 different types of bread being visible. He put the sausages straight from the fridge onto the bread and into the oven for a very short time so that the sausages were tepid on the outside and cold in the middle and the bread was toasted.
