While making my sandwich, the lady accidentally added an ingredient I didn’t ask for, which I didn’t notice at first. Once she realized the mistake, she immediately removed it and prepared a fresh sandwich without hesitation. I’m really impressed with the service I received. I’ve had good experiences at this store before as well. I love their service and will definitely keep coming back.
I came to this place 3/25/2018 1: 20 pm with my little son bcs we love Subway. One of the 2 girls working in there were very rude no good customer service at all. However, when the 2 workers talk to each other were nice to each other but no to us thecustomer. Too bad. Hope the owner can see this review
The owners and staff were wonderful and friendly. I enjoyed a delicious salad during my visit. I was in San Jose from El Dorado Hills to see my brother, and we decided to have lunch at this Subway. It was a very nice location—clean and well-maintained.
I dont understand why customers cant use the rest room we are already in the restaurant and with covid goin on you would think they would want customers to eat wth washed hands and also no cups for water for customers deffinetly no 4 stars Réservez une table maintenant

Subway is an excellent place to grab a sandwich. The service is consistently prompt and welcoming. Although it might not be extraordinary, both the menu and the service are undeniably satisfying.
Wonderful owners workers. Nice. I had a Delicious salad. I was visiting my brother in san jose all the way from El Dorado hills. We had lunch there. Very nice Subway. Clean and good????????yum.
