Typically have a good experience at this subway NOT this evening however. It is May 4, 8 pm 2022 and the two young men working had a rude attitude from the moment I entered this store. I entered the store with my service dog wearing a service vest with identification available. I was asked if this animal was a service dog and answered yes. Not the problem... however, when I proceeded to order a young dark haired male employee glared at me as if I were a liar. This was not the rude young man that proceeded to make my order, a large black forest ham submarine. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20 plus years and have also owned restaurants. As such I can visually measure ingredients...
The employee who was preparing my order—a large Black Forest ham sub—had a rather unprofessional demeanor. Having over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including owning my own establishments, I generally have a good sense of portion sizes. I was disappointed when I noticed that the young man used only about 3 ounces of ham for a large sub. The amount was so scant that it didn't even cover the sandwich within two inches of the end of the roll. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he brushed me off, stating that anything more than what he provided would incur an extra charge for what he called a "wish sandwich."

I was ready to hear that they didn't. Instead, I was from a very bubbly young lady who was more than happy to take my order. she was very healful, polite and at the point to make my subdivisions. have a foot long meatball and a grilled chicken on flatbread, foot long. meatball was excellent and full of meatballs and just the right amount of sauce. grilled chicken put her a good amount of hits my son wanted, perfect amount of ranch. three young women working, all just top flight service, attitude and friendly. love keeps in her...
Never had a bad experience here. Tonight at 7:50. They close at 8. I work in retail myself. I hate when people come last minute or almost last minute. I was ready to hear they didn't. Instead, I was from a very bubbly young lady who was more than happy to take my order. She was very polite, polite and made my underpants. Have a foot long meatball and a grilled chicken on flatbread, long foot. Meatball was excellent and full of meatballs and the right amount of sauce. Grilled chicken put her a good amount of blow my son wanted, perfect amount of ranch. Three young women work, all just top flight service, attitude and friendly. Love holds here and will continue to do it.

I currently cannot recommend this restaurant. It appears they are charging customers but failing to deliver on their promises. We ordered two subs through their online app, but one arrived without any meat or avocado, and the other was missing the premium add-ons we had paid for. Most of our order was simply not included. I attempted to call three times to request a refund, but no one answered. If you choose to order from this restaurant through the app, I strongly advise checking your sandwiches before leaving. As soon as I walked in, the staff warmly welcomed me and were eager to assist. It's Subway, so while it's not a gourmet dining experience, my sandwich was made with care. It wasn't a messy affair and was put together just the way I wanted—with the perfect amount of sauce and all the veggies nicely arranged. I could see that the employees genuinely tried to customize each sub to match the customers' tastes. I even watched them prepare several sandwiches, both before and after mine.
When I approached the staff for assistance, they were quick to help me. Of course, it’s Subway, so you can’t expect a gourmet sandwich, but the way my sandwich was made was impressive. It wasn’t messy and was prepared exactly to my liking, with just the right amount of sauce and vegetables that didn’t spill out. The employees put in effort to customize each sub for every customer. I observed them preparing sandwiches for others before and after me as well.
I give this restaurant five stars for its excellent service. However, when it comes to the food, it leaves something to be desired. The sandwich I ordered came with average quality meat, cheese, and some toppings. It was typical fast food—decent enough but certainly not gourmet.

The subs were decent, but I ordered a large self-serve drink and found that the tea was empty. I informed the two employees, but no one took any action to refill it. I ended up having my subs without a drink.
The bread (served untoasted) had a doughy texture. The prices were higher than I anticipated. However, the service was good.
