I strongly advise against using Uber Eats with this location. The employees, like Miss Claudia, were extremely unhelpful. When I called for assistance, despite having a receipt confirmation, Claudia was rude and unwilling to help. I could hear her in the background refusing to speak with me. It was very unprofessional. Instead of simply explaining that the machines were down or offering to connect me with a manager, she chose to be dismissive. I ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich for pickup, requesting Italian herb cheese bread, provolone cheese, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, onions, banana peppers, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. When I got home and opened the sandwich, I found the wrong bread, very little tuna, lettuce, and jalapeños, but none of the other ingredients. I’m extremely disappointed and feel I shouldn’t have to supervise to ensure they make my order correctly. I won’t be going to that Subway again.
