AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I went through the drive-thru after my class, which ended a full hour before other schools dismissed, and long past the typical lunch rush. There was one car in front of us that had been stuck there before we even arrived. After we placed our order, we waited a frustrating TWENTY minutes before we could even pull up to the window. Once we finally got our sandwiches and got home, we discovered they had given us DUPLICATE footlong sandwiches, both containing an ingredient I'm allergic to. The bread was tough and nearly impossible to eat, and we spent OVER TWENTY MINUTES to receive the WRONG order that I couldn’t even eat— all for $30. I will NEVER return to this...

Got home only to find one of my footlong was made wrong! The Bella was supposed to have Parmesan vinaigrette but there was a white ranch like dressing instead. I asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers and only for 2 on each half!! The bread was all mushy for no reason, (I purposely asked for NO mayo, vinegar, or oil. And asked for the vinaigrette to be on the side) but the the other items must have been wet. I have had great experiences at this Subway before but not today. My son's footlong was so saturated with oil and vinegar that the paper around the sandwich was also all oiled up!(he had asked for less). What the actual F just happened? Went through the drive through on a slow Sunday evening. There was literally one car ahead of me. They stayed ahead of for fifteen minutes. I see them finally get their very small bag that could not have been more than two sandwiches. I pull forward and after several minutes the cashier tells me it will be a few more minutes I finally place my order am told constantly about what they are out of. Simply placing an order for four very simple sandwiches took fifteen minutes. It took another ten minutes to get my food. I'm not sure why this location is experiencing so many issues. A few months ago, I placed an online order, only to arrive and find the shop locked and deserted. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Fast forward to today— I ordered online again and drove to the window, only to find out that my sandwiches hadn’t been made yet, despite the app indicating they were ready. What I received was a mangled sandwich and a toasted one that was ice-cold. The place was empty! How can it possibly take half an hour to prepare just a few sandwiches? I went through the drive-up. Was welcomed and told it would be just a few minutes. Finish up the order before mine. Order Chicken stripes, heated not toasted, bread,cheese , vegetables and sauce were correct. In store parking lot checked order . My meat was cold. My time was short so I ate it. The clerk was new,also a little slow. Will be a great with a little more training. Not a complaint ,just wanting to make this better a better crew member Food: 2 Service: 4

Just gross. They covered the meat section so nothing could be seen. What was visible for the veggie section was wilted and spoiled, the glass covered in filth. Not acceptable, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The staff could benefit from a little training on how to properly tuck napkins into to-go bags instead of just crumpling them up and shoving them inside.
