DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Went through the drive through after my class had gotten out, a good HOUR before other schools did and PAST usual lunch hours. There was one car ahead of us that had been sitting there before we had even pulled up and once we did, it was a solid TWENTY minutes AFTER PLACING OUR ORDER before WE could pull up. after reaching the window and getting our sandwiches we got home to find: DUPLICATE footlong SANDWICHES, both of which had an item that I was allergic to, BREAD was tough and HARD TO EAT, took over TWENTY MINUTES to get THE WRONG ORDER that I couldn’t even eat for 30 DOLLARS. I am NEVER coming back to this location EVER. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Spicy Italian

What the actual F just happened? Went through the drive through on a slow Sunday evening. There was literally one car ahead of me. They stayed ahead of for fifteen minutes. I see them finally get their very small bag that could not have been more than two sandwiches. I pull forward and after several minutes the cashier tells me it will be a few more minutes I finally place my order am told constantly about what they are out of. Simply placing an order for four very simple sandwiches took fifteen minutes. It took another ten minutes to get my food. I think there was an only one person working, and I am sorry for her, but PAY YOUR WORKERS BETTER. Will not be back ever. Sandwich was tasty though. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in at 6pm, most of the lights in the lobby were turned off. The entire meat side was covered, so you couldn't see the food from our end. The veggies looked dreadful and withered. The entire prepping side was gross and clearly hadn't been wiped down in a while. From start to finish, this was a pretty bad experience. On multiple occasions the manager has been smoking right outside of the doors, and has laughed when asked about why this Subway is always out of lemonade and/or certain breads. This store has been consistently dropping in quality over the past few years. Take your money to Jimmy Johns. I don’t know why this location has so many problems. A few months ago, I put in an online order only to walk up to find the shop locked up and empty. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Now today, I put in another online order and drove up to the window only to be told they hadn’t made my sandwiches yet even though the app said it was ready. What I got was a torn up sandwich and another toasted one that was stone cold. The store was empty. How does it take a half hour to make a few sandwiches? Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It was worth the wait, but I feel sorry for the poor girl that was working by herself running the counter and drive thru at the same time. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
