I placed an order online after work, but when I arrived at Subway, my order wasn’t ready and they claimed it wasn’t in their system. I showed the employee the order confirmation page with proof of payment, but she refused to look at it. She told me I would have to pay again if I wanted to place a new order and insisted I cancel the original one, even though I couldn’t cancel it since it was already paid. When I asked for the order to be honored, she refused. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and she called "the owner," who also said I needed to buy another sandwich. My husband and I visited Subway late on a Saturday night, and our experience was disappointing. One of the staff members, who had blonde hair, handled our sandwiches poorly, shoving our falling veggies back in as they spilled onto the counter. When we got home, our subs were a complete mess, with toppings spilling out everywhere. We won’t be returning to this location!
Subway used to be my favorite spot, especially for their pastrami sandwiches. However, I felt the price was too high for such a small amount of pastrami. Unfortunately, that will be my last visit. The customer service was great, though; it’s just disappointing that the sandwiches lacked enough meat.
The service at Subway is excellent, and since it can get quite busy, it's best to come early. Regardless, Subway reliably serves fresh food throughout its menu.
