I ordered a tuna sandwich, lays chips and two cookies. I received only the sandwick. looked up the number and called the restaurant explained the details . Josh looked up the receipt and varifed info. Could not bring the missing, and me to bring in the receipt in tomorrow. I very rearly get a receipt. I am only 2 miles away and could not have someone bring them to me. He said i could order them but not be refunded. Wheres the customer service. I want my money back.
Avoid this Subway location—it's the worst I've been to. The employee, Rebecca, is lazy and unprofessional, unable to listen properly to your order. She starts making sandwiches for other customers while yours sits there getting soggy. The manager does nothing to address the issue. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Used my ebt here and the cashier pressed the wrong buttons for the ebt option and it declined when I knew I had money and then he started belittling me saying how much money do u have and you need money to buy food.. very disrespectful and I couldn’t eat that day and I’m disabled.. what’s wrong with people :
I visited today with my sister and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. If you don’t enjoy your job, maybe it’s time to move on. The vegetables looked outdated and unappetizing. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I recommend going to Jersey Mike's instead! Réservez une table maintenant
I found out that this location doesn't accept coupons, and there's no indication of that anywhere. They do have a sign stating they don't accept bills larger than $20, which feels a bit shady. Additionally, the vegetables are often not fresh. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Great food I always get the steak egg and cheese here it's delicious, they have fast service not a lot of wait, always playing bangers on the speakers great vibe in this subwayParking: Not difficult to find parking but it's also shared with other businesses in the area.
The soup had an unusual texture and color, the lettuce wasn't fresh, and I had to make four attempts to get through when I tried to call back.
