The manager, a woman of Mexican descent whose name I don't know, has a serious attitude problem. I've been a regular customer for years, coming in weekly, but her demeanor is consistently unpleasant. She comes across as extremely arrogant and cold. I recently had an issue with the payment machine, and instead of being understanding, she responded harshly with, "NO, I CAN'T GIVE THIS TO YOU WITHOUT MONEY!" This isn't the first time; a month ago, I faced a similar issue, and though she helped me then with a negative attitude, I returned the following week to pay for what I had taken once the machine worked again. This time, however, it was an absolute "NO."

I've visited this location a few times. During my first visit, the young man who assisted me was very polite and friendly. However, my most recent experience was quite the opposite. The women working there not only had poor attitudes, but they also seemed to lack basic common sense. When I asked for the condiments to be placed on the bread before the veggies to make it less messy, the staff member didn’t understand my request. Instead of following my suggestion, she insisted on making the sandwich how she wanted, and even told me that their sandwiches are always messy, as if that were something to be proud of.
What is going on with cashiers being impatient? As I reviewed the menu as someone who never eats out I could see the cashier rolling her eyes and continually making eye contact with the other cashier. There were no other customers behind me and when onewalked in I stepped back out of line. Also noticed she gave that customer a ?hello? and just gave me a ?can I help you.? Idecided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Also watched her treat another black customer the same. Just horrible.
The management is exceptional and ensures everything operates seamlessly. Great job! However, it could be advantageous to reintroduce coffee service. Thank you for all your hard work; we truly appreciate it.

I do really love subway. Subway at large has the best meatball subs. There's other competitors like Jersey Mike's and other places, but I just keep going back to subway time and time again.
I completely forgot my wallet and had to go back to get it, but the guy who helped me was really laid-back and made sure I got my sandwich when I returned with my wallet.
The food is good and the store is clean, but the customer service is really bad, the manager should work on it and make it better
