Subway can be hit or miss, but this particular one gave me an awesome experience last night! I always get a veggie delight on wheat with American, mayo, light mustard and all the vegetables. This spot tended to my request perfectly! Customer service was so awesome! Establishment was clean. Didn't have to ask for them to put on fresh gloves while making my sandwich (yes that's a thing)... just a great experience , so much,that I couldn't take it for granted... Great Job!!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member who prepared my online order was rude and had poor posture while making my sandwich. Not only did he get my order wrong, but he also argued with me about why I ordered a regular steak and cheese. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and the sandwich I paid for. I would not recommend coming here.
Terrible! I’ve been to 5 different Subways throughout Melrose Park, Oak Park, and Chicago suburbs and this one is one of the most terrible I have ever tasted. I usually don’t mind the bad food because I’m hungry, but nah I couldn’t resist this one. That’s my opinion. But I recommend you guys not to attend this
If the young lady had focused more on our table, I wouldn't have received a stale loaf instead of the correct sandwich I asked for. This affected my overall experience. I specifically requested my sandwich not to be toasted so that I could get a true taste of the quality of the ingredients. Réservez une table maintenant
I always have to ask for extra toppings, which is quite frustrating. They also treat those toppings as a way to redeem coupons that Subway sends to their home! It's really annoying, especially since my dad never uses those coupons. I just wish they wouldn't fall short!
These guys are ok they do what they supposed to do but they are VERY petty no other way to explain It
The tuna is still tasty, but we really need the wheat and honey oat bread back as soon as possible.
Subways are supposed to be fresh, as in fresh bread and produce. Not this one! Réservez une table maintenant
