most incredible location. I was cleaner in the gas station underground locations than that. the chefs do not wear hair nets and the vegetables are frozen. the bathrooms were disgusting (see photos) they don't accept any goods and I honestly don't feel safe to eat here. this position should be in south barrington at the upper end, but it is unbelievable how the franchise simply shame this situation. vegetarian options: frozen vegetables

Service was ok. Lady was nice but I was super disgusted with how she “cleaned.”Tables were dirty from previous customers, I literally watched this employee wipe three tables off with a dry napkin. No disinfectant, wet rag, nothing. So gross.Don’t get me started on how disgusting the bathroom was.

Why send subway tickets in the post and not honor them. Do not believe there is a subway in the northwestern suburbs of chicago that accept them, and there are sandwiches so small, why would they waste their money on one if there are so many other places. will never return

the personal is rude. not very clean. workers often used the register and did not change their gloves before making another sandwich.
