bad customer service. I found the lady who served me hard to understand when she spoke too fast and came over as an arrogant when she had to repeat what she said. speak more clearly by talking slower before they lose customers!

scanner not work, from brot, can not redeem promo, sub was not worth for my money. I pay more than $12 for a foot, I expect my lunch in the worth. not done subway has significantly fallen its standards.
