Subway - Réserver une table

This once weekly place for lunch is off the table for me. I placed on online order and went in it wasn't ready. I asked this heavy set women with colored hair and she said they didn't have any online orders. I proceeded to confirm the address and provided my receipt which she replied they did not have it. I then read the order number to her and after again denying it she walked to the computer and actually checked and surprise it was there! My next interaction I placed an online order asking for light mayo and mustard when I opened my sandwich it was covered completely in the most sauce I have ever seen clearly out of spite. Also no napkins in my bag so it was a mess I took a few bites and three away the rest. To add insult to injury the owner does not honor BOGO coupons and there is a sign complaining he can't find workers. Based on the talent he has I'm sure with the wages they are offering they are getting the bottom of the barrel. I'll save my money for any other sandwich place before I go here again.

Ordered online due to limited time for my lunch break. Got here 10 minutes late. Order not ready. Waited by the pick up rack for 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me. Only for them to tell me it hadn't been started yet and I'd have to wait. Requested refund as I was already late to return to work. Was completely ignored.

They were a little busy but it was lunch time so I expected a little wait. They were out of the chicken I wanted due to being so busy but they have so many other options it wasn't a big deal.

Subway had exactly what we wanted meatball marinara for my granddaughter 12 in thank you very much for such kind helpful people

same problem I see with online orders saying that it was ready when in reality they did not even start.
