Subway - Réservation de table

I recently ordered the Cheesy Toastie from Subway and was disappointed with the lack of cheese – it didn’t live up to its name at all. Additionally, I asked for no spinach in my footlong sandwich, but spinach was still added. This really affected the flavor and overall experience of my meal. I hope Subway can pay more attention to specific requests in the future to improve customer satisfaction. This way, you’re honest about your experience without being overly harsh.

We ordered Footlong Tuna online .When we went it was not prepared. They wanted to see the order details. When we showed, they still insisting they never received the order. Wasted about half hour. Then they found the order sitting near the register !!! Never apologised . Never accepted it was their problem. Customer service 0 out of 5. Meal type: Lunch

Super disappointed. Went to order meatballs and they said they were out with no more to go then right Infront of me heated up more meatballs and didn't put them out till I was done. And made my order wrong. Doesn't even listen to there customers. Get better workers. These ones are losing you money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

extremely slow service and unhygienic, lacks the effort to make the food, doesn't put enough or puts too much. Disgusting area, tables are barely clean. Someone got food poisoning here today. Placed a home delivery order via Subway delivery website. Girls were super rude that they said they don’t have a delivery driver even after they charged me for delivery. Very arrogant, untrained and do not know what’s customer service. Service: Delivery Service: 1
