Before I start let me just say our wraps and subs were all as we had asked no problems there. I had to say my order at the till around 6 times at the till, 2 kids meals 1 adult meal right not hard, don't know why they were so confused. As I was trying to pay a lady rushed in full of apologies asking if she could grab a cookie for her daughter who was passed out in the door way, explained she would pay in a minute, to tell u I had to restrain myself from grabbing 1 for the poor lady but eventually she was handed one, wrapped up in a tissue in a bag (hello, not important right now) anyways I eventually paid walked off found somewhere to sit and eat and they hadn't put the cookies in the bag, h...
The attitude an body language was negative, it shown they didn't want to be their, or their not appreciated by their management you can really tell simply by the way one staff member spoke to me when requesting ingredence in my sub way bread stick. Hygiene issues was they where touching food with their bear hands and not useing gloves and their drinking machine for soft drinks needed to be cleaned out you cna tell it wasn't clean in ages. I know I work in the hospitality industry. However the positive thing was the food was, fresh and value for money and was nice to eat and enjoyed it. Just a few slight improvements and issues that need to be solved before getting 5 stars.
This is the worst food place I have ever been to. I often have to wait for half an hour while delivery orders are prioritized, even if they were placed after I arrived. This time, I decided to order for delivery to save time, even though I live just a five minute walk away. However, when my food arrived, it was cold and absolutely disgusting. I didn't even request sauce, but they gave me four servings of two different sauces. The salad ingredients were incorrect and the meat was barely visible. It was completely inedible, so I ended up throwing it out. I will never return to this establishment.
I recently dined at Rochester Subway with my family and was surprised by how warm it was inside. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food. The salads had minimal cheese and questionable lettuce, the turkey portions were lacking, and the garlic sauce in my husband's wrap was watered down and unappetizing. The overall taste was unpleasant and I ended up throwing away half of my meal. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant as I was disappointed with the food quality and the uncomfortable temperature inside. It is in need of improvement.

Waited for 10 minutes was not acknowledged by lady behind the counter didn’t lift her head from what she was doing. delivery driver came in to collect she was rude to him also (guys just doing his job) waited a bit longer didn’t realise I was wearing my invisibility coat today left hungry without ordering was still not acknowledged as I left. Just had some cheese on toast at home was amazing glad i did after reading other reviews would have been disappointing anyway! MERRY CHRISTMAS
Very poor quality food, not enough toppings. We have been eating in other Subways and it was great, but this one never again. Ham sandwich with only two slices of cheese. We paid for extra cheese on the one with olives and hardly any cheese in it. Steak sandwich with no steak. Unbelievable. Please see attached pictures
During our visit for a few days, we stopped by this restaurant for a snack. The service was friendly and helpful, so much so that we returned for a second visit during our time in Rochester. The sandwiches had generous fillings and the bread was very fresh.
I asked for a steak sub and the bread to be toasted well done. Also ordered nachos and hash browns. The bread wasn't toasted at all. The nachos I couldn't see the meat and the hash browns were fatty as. Im giving up subway it was that bad.

jus wanted a subway to take home for quickness . 6 inch italion herb the roll was so stale the bread was breaking up the tuna inside was hardly any worstt subway ever
Orderd a steak wrap and there was no meat in it at all absolutely disgusting , cashier just didn’t have a clue
