Subway - Réservation de table

I work just down the street and place my orders through the app before I walk over to the restaurant. I 've probably done this at least a dozen times now. I have not once had a bad experience with this subway but my experience today easily outclasses the experience I 've had at any other subway and probably any other restaurant. If I could give this place no stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ever and the worst food quality. The lady working there today lacks common food handling knowledge and has no regards of cleanliness. She was on the phone the whole time while taking my order touching her phone and face with her gloves on. Had to tell her to change her gloves before proceeding to make my food. I ordered something off their featured menu still manages to make it incorrectly when callled out on it she gets upset I decided to leave because I was not going to give my money to a business who cares nothing about their customer experience. I ordered a foot-long sandwich online and picked it up, only to find that it had ingredients I didn't request. I returned with my receipt, but the olives I specifically asked to be left out were on the sandwich again. There’s a big difference between jalapeños and olives! I definitely do not recommend this location.

I came in with a coupon and asked the lady if I could order any sub. She said yes, but when I was ready to place my order, she started listing the subs I could choose from. It would have been helpful for her to provide that information at the start of the order! Réservez une table maintenant

This store is amazing!! We had problems with a gift card not working. The woman working tried so hard to make it work. Even tho it didn't work they honored it. Great customer service!!

Chocolate chip cookies were thin, and fell apart, macadamia/white chocolate cookies were hard and old. I bought 12 cookies. Sandwiches were good.
