This is one of the worst Subway locations in Jackson Heights. I don’t visit Subway often because it can be expensive, but they had a promotion where all footlongs were priced at $6. I went in to place an order, but the owner has a lot of restrictions on everything. I wanted a specific type of sandwich, but he said it wasn’t included, even though I had ordered the same sandwich at a different Subway recently without any issues. On top of that, he charges for refills, even though the soda machine is self-serve. The owner's attitude is really frustrating.
They deserve zero stars. I ordered both sandwiches through the app yesterday, and they arrived cold when I specifically requested them to be toasted. As we ate, it didn't seem like a big deal at the time, but a few hours later, we ended up in the hospital due to food poisoning. I fear that this could happen to other customers as well.
Anyone care to eat a fingernail in their cookie? Yep... a fingernail, people. Thanks to @Doordash, I received an insultingly miserable $3 credit. Absolutely disgusting. Hopefully there wasn't anything worse in the sandwich I missed before this wonderful discovery.
Hi I just made an order and didn’t get my order correct . A sauce I did not add in my sandwich was not added and I ordered cookies as well and out of 5 I got 2 and they weren’t even the right ones . 1 star . won’t be coming back . ????

7 AM: I came to get breakfast based on what Google Maps and the Subway website indicated, but the store is CLOSED. EDIT: I returned at 8:12 AM just to check again, and still NOTHING. Who's managing this store???
It is situated in a peaceful location right by the road, so be cautious while driving as it's easy to miss. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, and the sandwiches are excellent!
The sandwich was quite delicious. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The restaurant was exceptionally clean.
