Subway - Réservation de table

We have been coming to this subway for many years, and we really like the food and many of the employees. But as time progressed, we noticed that the sandwiches shrinked and the store devolved. When we would ask for veggie patties, the employee would say they are getting shipped in soon, but the patties wouldn’t be there the next time we went. Another time we tried to order the food online, and we had to pay for the order despite the restaurant telling us they hadn’t even received the order. When google maps says it is open, the subway will in fact be closed for many hours in peak day time. I want to give a big shoutout to Tyler for making three sandwiches for me! I've always enjoyed Subway, but I've never seen an employee put as much thought and care into making a sandwich as he did. The sandwiches looked just as impressive as those in Subway commercials—and we all know how staged those can be! Tyler arranged everything perfectly (check out the picture I took!) and even asked for my sauce preference before adding the lettuce, olives, and onions. This was a really smart move, as putting the sauce on last often causes it to spill when closing the sandwich. I never expected to be so impressed at a Subway, but today I truly was! On another occasion, we attempted to place an order online, but even after paying, the restaurant informed us they hadn’t received the order at all. Additionally, there have been multiple instances when Google Maps indicated the restaurant was open, only to find it closed during peak hours. For example, we tried to get lunch today but discovered the store was locked, and no one answered our calls. We truly hope these issues can be addressed, as we have been loyal fans of Subway and this particular location.

I hope no one has gotten sick from eating at this Subway. The employee who was working came in, wiped his nose with his hand, and then picked up the gloves without washing his hands first. This happened after he took five minutes to finish his cigarette and chat on his phone while I waited. I've tried multiple times to speak with a manager, but, conveniently, there's never one available. Needless to say, I decided to leave, and he even told me he hopes I never return. hard to lunch. two people work and a line to the door. when mobile orders come while they have waited to get a sandwich for 25 minutes, it can worsen. maybe three people work at lunch? the personal was kind to be overwhelmed, probably won't come back long. I have a limited time to lunch on the day and that burned it, now have to eat on the street so I can get back to work.

They wear out of turkey, and some other things. Staff was slow, they were nice but should have had sign. I waited it line to find out they didn't have 2 of the sandwiches I needed. I replaced with something else but wasn't that great. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The owner should be checking in on this place more. One of his staff members would make eye contact, was upgrading all the meat with out charging, threw some salad bowls, mumbled his words...it was very clear that he did not want to work there.

The restaurant frequently opens late, it's hard to get in touch with them by phone, and some of the staff can be rather unfriendly. It's no wonder that Publix is always bustling with customers. Réservez une table maintenant

The first staff member was very friendly, but the other one, who didn't have a name tag, was extremely rude and loud with the customers. It was incredibly frustrating!

I truly value the staff at this restaurant; they are always very friendly. The sandwiches are consistently excellent!
