this subway is terrible. google says they close at 9:30 o'clock. I moved up around 20:45. Not even a sweat. Once I parked my car and got out, the type that looks like john malkovich quickly turned off the dining room lights and stood behind the register and watched how I left in disgust and half in the unbelievable. that was completely disrespectful. the quality of the customer service in certain parts of the Cleveland area has never been acceptable, but that was simply unjustified, wrong. I'm going to the lakeshore from now on. I advise them to do the same.
Normally I have a good experience with this Subway. I'm not sure if the pandemic or what. The attitude I just was given, to me is unacceptable. I chose to walk out. Why are employees feel so bold to get fly, smart and/or just down right mean. For the most part everyone hates their job. That's why you get paid. Who would want to deal with the public unless you got paid. As customer, I don't owe you anything except the money for the transaction. Can management do a better job in who you hire. Please.
I went to Shout on E. 200th and the only reason I left was because my wife insisted. However, the staff was very accommodating when an incident occurred involving someone who made his grandma touch my bread from another customer's sandwich, which I had to remove. The staff apologized and handled it well. They also have a good seafood selection, making it a great spot for pescatarians who are tired of the usual veggie patties.
This is probably one of the best subways that I have had the occasion to order from. Although it is a very busy subway, you will never wait in line for more than a minute or so because they're very good at what they do and well-staffed. This one has both breakfast lunch and dinner and I've never seen them run out of anything which is amazing.

They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I've never seen them run out of any items, which is impressive.
Usually this place is quite good. but I was very disappointed at the quality of my sub today. I asked for truthahn, and it didn't look or tasted like truthahn, and there was a stomachache to me. I doubt I'm back on this subway.
I really enjoyed the new California turkey sandwich I had the avocado on the side cuz I like avocado to eat for myself but the bread was a little stale other than that it was a nice experience
The staff and management were extremely friendly. I had a fantastic experience dining here, and the food was wonderful, too!
