I haven't seen anyone so slow in ages. Then he kept disappearing into the kitchen to blow his nose while serving customers. It's one thing to come to work with a cold, who doesn't? But to blow your nose with gloves on and then not change them, especially since they're free? Seriously, that's unacceptable. Very bad experience. My boyfriend and I go there regularly, but in the afternoon, the two employees were very rude and unhelpful. The machine wasn't working, so I couldn't redeem my points. We then ordered online, but were told we couldn't sit there. They mixed up our order, didn't label or label the 30cm sandwiches, and didn't provide a bag. We had to open everything to check which one belonged to whom. Furthermore, their behavior was rude and unfriendly, which made me feel very bad. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing! I was here this morning, and the two ladies working refused to allow me to eat in the restaurant simply because I had placed my order for pickup. Overall, I'm absolutely satisfied. I've eaten there four times so far, and the staff have always been very friendly, even friendlier than the minimum one would expect. The subs were always filled with absolutely perfect ingredients (even if you sometimes wish for a little extra precision for the customer's benefit and packaged just as meticulously. I'm happy to make the 20+ minute drive for that.

Even worse, the food is now tasteless, completely bland, and ridiculously overpriced. It's enough to completely put you off Subway, which used to be good. Sorry, this is unacceptable.
Nice Subway, good snack, especially before going to the movies. One of the employees seemed quite new and a little unsure. Also, I miss the self-service ordering machine; I find that much more convenient than always having to stand in front of it. But the food was perfectly fine, and the good parking is a plus.
