I visited on a Sunday evening around 6:15 PM. The two servers at the counter completely ignored us and did not acknowledge our presence at all. It was disappointing to experience such rude customer service. After waiting and not being acknowledged, we decided to leave.

Ordered a blt and got no bacon, no tomato. Pepperoni, bread. Dam store. Can't even get the sandwich right anymore after remodel. The subway in lavale MD.

The service was extremely slow, and I'm worried we might miss our movie! Also, the toaster was broken, so we couldn’t enjoy any melted cheese today.
