I visited Subway late tonight with my service dog and was lucky to be assisted by an outstanding young man named OJ. He took my order with great care and truly demonstrated exceptional customer service. If it were up to me, I would promote him to manager at this location. In any business, having respectful and dedicated staff is crucial, and I highly recommend hiring people like him who bring such charisma and energy. He sets a high standard for both customer service and leadership. Thank you, Subway team—this location truly stands out, especially because of such an incredible employee! I tried using a BOGO coupon to place an online order, but after submitting it, I was informed that my order didn’t go through. So, I went to the store to order in person, but they wouldn’t accept the coupon since it was only valid for online orders. While there, I tried placing the online order again, but it still didn’t go through. The staff were unfriendly, offering no smiles or apologies, which made the experience quite unpleasant. In the end, I paid full price—about $30 for two subs and three cookies. If the online order had worked, I would have only paid $14. It would have been nice if the employees had offered some kind of compromise, like a 20% discount.
I applied there and had an interview and got hired. I was suppose to start the next day and had something IMPORTANT I had to attend to that weekend and I called and they told me to call back Monday when I got back so I did and then they told me I had to wait a week to start so a week went by and I had called today since today is a week later someone answered and I asked to talk to a manger they said yes let me get someone for you so I sat and waited. I heard people talking someone picked up the phone and then hung up. I’ve been trying to communicate to get started for almost two weeks now and there is no communication. I was quite disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, which made me feel overlooked. Additionally, my sandwich seemed to be prepared with little care. I understand that employees may be tired after a long shift, but customer service should remain a priority. It would be great to see staff show more attentiveness. Rather than chatting in the back or focusing on other tasks, they should take a moment to check on customers and avoid keeping them waiting. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this branch.

Food is pretty consistent with other subways... They have one good person that is fast that works here. I've waited up to 15 minutes at the drive-thru and even longer than that to go in sometimes. Could run next door to the Italian place and get a sit-down meal faster.
Food made me violently sick yesterday. Will not be returning and considering reporting this location to the health department. Poor and extremely slow service as well, despite the restaurant being empty.
The bread I received was quite dry and let me down. It was a six-inch sub that seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory.
This location should consider hiring additional staff and improving its cleaning and sanitization practices.

Despite working solo and handling a crowd of 10 people, Tray did an excellent job!
They no longer serve oven-roasted chicken, which was the main dish I enjoyed.
