The cost was quite affordable, falling between $1 and $10 per person, which is a plus for budget-conscious diners. Regarding the food, I would give it a solid 3 out of 5. While it was decent, it didn't particularly stand out. The service, however, was a bit disappointing, receiving only a 2 out of 5. The staff could have been more attentive and friendly, which would have greatly enhanced the dining experience. As for the atmosphere, I’d rate it a 3 out of 5. It was acceptable, but...
I had a bad experience with this location and the owner did reach out to me and he made every attempt to rectify it and for that I am grateful..... BUT the staff is beyond rude. When you walk in they just stare, no greeting, or acknowledgement whatsoever. The amount of rudeness they display make the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I gave this location one chance to many because let's face it, we've all had a bad day in life but when you go to a place and get horrible service on several different occasions it's time to take your business elsewhere. I really hate that the kindness and customer appreciation displayed to me by the owner is not mimicked by the staff. What a shame!
When I asked if the extra-large bag contained my food (I had only ordered a six-inch sub), you simply pushed the bag towards me without saying a word. I took my sandwich from the bag and left the restaurant, and I won't be coming back. I'll also warn everyone I meet about my experience. If you don't want to serve people in a diverse community, perhaps you should consider finding a different workplace. I will also be contacting the store manager to discuss this matter further.
I really enjoy this Subway and visit frequently, but my last experience was quite disappointing. There was a new employee working, and when I tried to use my coupon for a foot-long sandwich, he informed me that it could only be applied to two specific menu items, numbers 10 and 11. I've never encountered that limitation before, and it wasn't mentioned on the coupon. As a result, I ended up not getting anything.
I received the wrong order; my salad had no lettuce and only a small handful of spinach. There were no toppings that I requested. My husband's sandwich was overwhelmed with sauce, to the point where that was all he could taste. The food was inedible!
