Subway - Réservation de table

I placed an online order for pickup. It stated would be ready in 20 min. When I arrived at the store there was no 1 at the counter. After about 3 min a young kid came from the back with red eyes. I knew he was high as he was not even coherent speakingwith me. I stated I was there for a pick up order and he replied OH THAT 'S YOURS? I 'm sorry papa I cant make that we dont havemuch food left. I then asked why I could not be contacted to inform that my order cannot be completed he stated Idk I donthave your . I then showed my at the top of the receipt and he replied Oh my bad. I’m quite frustrated because, for the second time, I encountered a rude attitude from the older, thin employee regarding my request for double meat on my sandwich. While she was making my sandwich, she started shaking her head and muttered something in Spanish, implying that I wouldn’t understand. However, I understand Spanish very well, and I don’t think it’s acceptable to talk about a customer in another language while they’re right there. It’s not unreasonable to expect double meat on my sandwich, and if that’s too much for her, perhaps she should consider a different job. It’s truly unbelievable.

I decided with my family to go to this location where the attention was horrible, we were going to consume more than 100 dollars for a family party with friends and this skinny black woman comes out with her rudeness answering that she was too busy toattend to us(there were no clients at the moment, she was on the back so we dont know what she was doing exactly), she wasworking alone and clearly doesn't know how to talk to customers. we decided to go to another subway that really makes adifference in customer service. I would never go back there

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The place was clean and inviting, making it a great atmosphere. After trying out several pizzerias in Miami, I’m thrilled to have found one that really stands out. The pizza was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. Fast service and as always, helps a lot weight watchers and those who like delicious healthy sandwiches. I ordered the Subway club sandwich. It's relaxing inside and is an ideal place especially for those who are spending a brief peaceful moment with their loved ones.

It seems that ordering a subway club with cucumber is a challenge here—apparently, it can't be done. On top of that, the worker behind the counter was incredibly loud and obnoxious. It's disappointing that they couldn't sort it out.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday afternoon. There was a slight wait for just one sandwich, the specialty. When it arrived, my sandwich was fantastic, and everyone in line was patient.

I've never encountered a store like this before. They only offer two types of bread, and they didn't have what I wanted. I wouldn't recommend going there.
