I wouldn't recommend visiting this Subway. The owner imposes additional charges for extra lettuce and tomatoes. My receipt stated "extra charge for bacon," but I didn't order any; I only requested the usual extra toppings. It feels quite underhanded to treat customers this way. I'd prefer to go to the Subway near the Owings Mills metro, where I can trust that I won't be overcharged.
I got an Italian BMT and broccoli and cheddar soup. The employee took the soup from somewhere in the back and microwaved it for 4 minutes so it wasn 't fresh. I had to add salt and pepper to the soup because it was plain. Sandwich was good and employee who made my sandwich/soup was really friendly!
The sandwiches here are noticeably smaller compared to those at other places. I work near another store, and theirs are much more substantial. It seems like this store might be trying to save on costs, which I understand, but if that's the case, the prices should reflect that.
I wish there was an option for ZERO Starts as these guys deserve a full ZERO.Absolute lack of service, lack attention towards customers orders, don't understand the language, english language, have to repeatedly ask them to do the order as per the order, very rude BTW Réservez une table maintenant
Stingy with their food. Chicken Caesar Strips bowl $8.69 (cost too much) because they were stingy veggies! Food was fresh though and good. Definitely not enough food for price.
The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious, and the service is exceptional—something that's rare to find in Subway franchises. I will definitely be returning!
The lady manager speaks negatively about others in a different language, assuming that no one can understand her. It’s really unprofessional and not nice at all.
