The service at this Subway was terrible, with no service at all. It was an hour before closing time and most of the lights were off. When I asked the woman working there if they were open, she hesitantly said yes after looking at the clock. When I expressed doubt because it seemed closed, she responded with attitude, insisting that they were open. She continued to be rude and yell at me, so I left and went to a different Subway. If she doesn't enjoy her job, she should quit instead of taking it out on customers.
Subways are pretty cookie cutter, so what really makes the individual franchise stand out is the staff. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, we'll mannered, and eager to see that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted.. That's a five star fastfood experience, because I guarantee you, it he'd been a jerk, my sandwich would've tasted pretty much the same.
This location is a mess they leave the side door open to go smoke a cigarette when there’s no Customer I’ve come here before and they’ve had their friends outside the door talking to them. The people they hire look like they live in the Masters inn behind it The few times I’ve been here I always dine in just so I can view what’s going on
I didn't like the experience. One of the cashier was rude to my husband giving him attitude because he thought he asked for 2 sodas but was one and she asked him If she can read mines. She was very stupid.The food was cold and a bit saggy, even tho we asked to be bake, and they bake it, so ai don't get it...I won't be visit them again.

The staff at this restaurant need to ensure that their equipment is functioning properly to avoid making customers wait and serving burnt food in a misleading manner. Employing workers of this caliber is a detriment to your establishment.
Sandwich meet tasted like it sat there all day. I requested my sandwich to be toasted and I got it badly warmed. The cheese was still cold. I do not recommend this location.
Old lady claims she's been at the store for 4yrs yet no she hasn't. Don't know about the BBQ rib sandwich because subway has NEVER HAD THAT SANDWICH
The young lady that's at the subway on hwy92 in Seffner Is always so sweet. And they are very prompt and efficient
