I went to the store to eat our sandwiches at home. I was ignored for at least 15 minutes, even though the store was not busy. When we got home, we realized that they had sent the wrong sandwiches with our order. The next day, I returned with the sandwiches, but was met by a rude employee at the drive-thru. They refused to help me without a receipt, despite the fact that we are regular customers who spend a lot of money there each week. I will not be returning to this location and will drive to Ark City or elsewhere for better service. The staff at this location seem indifferent to the customers and the service they provide. It is disappointing that upper management has not addressed this iss...
Can’t believe this place, they always get my online order wrong and the short middle age women always has attitude every time I come in this has to be the most unwelcoming and unprofessional subway I’ve ever been to. Always the same, met with a bitter rude attitude when I walk in and say “hello I have and online order” she always says “well it’s not done so wait for it” even when my time is well past. Will not be back, until this problem is dealt with.
Cannot get my order right.Incompetent!!: They actually want the made incorrectly food back or they refuse to remake it. That's definitely a big problem when you live 40 min roundtrip) away. If you order steak and cheese no bread bowl make sure you actually get cheese! I wouldn't go here ever again. They simply don't stand behind there work:
Natalie is the first sandwich artist I've encountered who really understands the "well-done" bacon request. Thank you for putting in the effort to make our sandwiches fantastic! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I was mailed coupons and I tried to use the buy 1 12ft get 1 free. They wouldn't accept it at this location. Clerk says there are signs posted in store. Doesn't help when I drove there coupon in hand only to be told this owner won't take it.So I won't be back.
I accidentally ordered from Winfield kansas and they have a drivethru when I showed up at Winfield mo they came out to my car took my order and.made my 2 footloose right away..my bad....their good....Parking: Parked right in front of store
We had a coupon for buy get one free footlong. We were handed a list of certain subs we could pick from. The coupon did not say anything about the subs we wanted. Won't be going back.
I gave this restaurant 1 star only because there isn't a lower option. I got sick after eating, and the pregnant woman behind the counter was in a bad mood.

They send coupons to our mailbox to entice us to visit, only to claim that they don't accept them once we arrive. What a joke of a place!
They gave us the wrong bread and when we called up there this lady Jessica hung up on us. She had attitude and was very disrespectful
