They are always rude. Bread is always so crumbly and falling apart. They actually refused to service me while I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. They had 1 customer inside and kept looking over at me and never took my order so I left.

I noticed quite a few negative reviews for this location, so I was initially hesitant. However, I found the subway to be very clean inside, and the food was excellent. I have no complaints at all. I'm a very satisfied customer!
Building a basic sub should be straightforward, but that wasn't the case today. I was overcharged for meat that I didn't even receive on my sandwich. I won't be returning to Subway due to the ungrateful attitude of the staff.
Ordered a Meatball sub and it didn’t taste right, the texture was off. They gave me a replacement and it still didn’t taste right. Asked for a different sandwich all together and was told Réservez une table maintenant
Didn't accept coupons and didn't tell us til after the sandwiches were made, employees said manager wouldn't let them even put a sign up. Avoid this
My sub was supposed to be toasted not so hard that it cut the roof of my mouth. Had to clean off a table just to be able to sit down.
It's Subway. You can expect a decent sandwich here. The staff at the Jasper, Alabama location has been excellent during my visits.
