Terrible experience! I used to work here, and I can say that they have serious issues with racism. They let me go to hire undocumented workers, and I know at least two employees who don’t even have green cards. On top of that, there’s a severe roach problem; I could be making a sandwich and literally have to swat roaches and change my gloves. Many customers have also complained about the roaches. They completely disregard proper food handling practices, which puts customers at risk. The manager, Jaymika, is particularly problematic. She lied to the owner about certain employees to get them fired. Her customer service skills are extremely poor; she often yells at customers and has a really ru...
Horrible, i used to work here amd they’ racist. They fired me to hire illegal immigrants, 2 workers dont even have green cards. They also have a horrible roach infestation, i could be making a sandwhich and literalky have to smack roaches and change my gloves, many customers have complained about the roaches. They also dont follow proper food handling rules to keep customers safe such as changing containers and the manager jaymika is horrible! She lied to our owner about certain employees so they could be fired. She has the worse customer service skills such as yelling ang getting smart with customers. This restaurant should be shut down.
I had a really negative experience with the customer service. I was trying to use a coupon, and while the staff managed to process it, the receipt wouldn't print. The worker then called the owner and handed me the phone, though I’m not sure why. Instead of helping me, they ended up arguing with me. I explained that I wasn't interested in arguing; I just wanted to know if I could get my food. In the end, they kept my food and I have no idea what they did with it. It’s either they took it for themselves or gave it to someone else, which I find really unprofessional.
I received coupons for Subway in my mailbox via USPS. After my sandwich was made, I presented a coupon, but the female employee became exceedingly rude. She raised her voice and said, "Don't you see the sign?" referring to a small 5x7 paper that said "No coupons." She even went so far as to accuse me of wasting food. It's important to remember that 90% of your customers come from the community you serve. I received coupons to my Home via USPS. “Coupons” From Subway’s! After The Sandwich was made. I presented a coupon. The Lady employee became extremely rude. While elevating her voice. Stating “ Don’t you see the sign”. A sign Reading, “No coupons” that is on a 5x7 paper. Then proceeded to call me bad for wasting food. 90% of your customers are from the community you serve. Honor the Coupons or Place the “Sign” on the front door. In plain sight.
DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE...ONEDAY I WENT AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TO TAKE MY ORDER..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT GETTING EXTRA MEAT UP CHARGES FOR THE SALE... WE NEED A BETTER COMMUNITY SUB SHOP.....ALSO THE ARE NOT VERY POLITE AND TODAY SHE KINDA SNATCHED MY MONEY OUT MY HAND IM NOT THERE ANYMORE PERIOD......
