The Italian BMT sandwich was just okay. It was lacking in meat, cheese, spinach, and tomatoes. I requested bacon to be added, and I received only three tiny pieces, which didn't justify the extra charge. Additionally, it was hard to understand the staff member due to their accent and the mask they were wearing. It would have been helpful if they spoke up. Also, I think we can ease up on the masks a bit.
3 stars because the sandwich was good. But the staff wasn?t welcoming. We weren?t greeted at the door. And the older Indian lady was rude, didn?t give me time to look at the menu. She threw my sandwich down. And then when older male was checking me out, shestood there giving me dirty looks. Staff needs to be nicer. If you don?t like your job get a new one. I?m just saying.
The restaurant offers decent food in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly, professional, and focused on providing great service. Conveniently located at 1407 York Road, Lutherville, MD, with ample parking available at the shopping center, it is easily accessible from I-695. I would definitely recommend it.
This is one of my favorite spots while I'm at work. I'm always greeted with a smile, that's how my day goes. The food is always fresh to order exactly. If they can offer you a deal you don't know, they will bring it to your attention. This is a great location. Réservez une table maintenant
