Yesterday, I visited the restaurant with my friend who wanted me to order a wrap from their online menu. Even though the wrap was not on their menu, the staff were very accommodating. I showed them the ingredients on my phone and they made it for me without any issues. This was my first visit since the pandemic, but I used to come here regularly before. The restaurant has implemented safety measures such as floor stickers for social distancing and a transparent barrier at the ordering counter. I have always had a great experience here and the food is consistently delicious!
Subway on Elmora is ok. They always have different people working there. Today the young lady that took care of me at first must of had a long day. She looked so depress. I'm smiling at all times and the other employee realized that and took over. Now that is what I call good customer service. On top of that gave me a discount. I hope that young lady that was not having a good evening go home have a good rest and come back tomorrow with smiles for her customers. Happy Holidays
Definitely one of the better run Subways in the area. Owner is chill, and maintains a good atmosphere. Reasonable clean. Well staffed, unlike some other Subways which put 1 person making sandwiches at lunch rush. Been eating here for over 10 years, and will continue.
