Kudos to the three staff members who were working on 8/16 around 6pm for their professional handling of a customer who was behaving in an intimidating and completely unacceptable manner because she was upset that fresh mozzarella has an upcharge. They deserve recognition for having much better behavior than the middle aged bully they were stuck dealing with. Service: Take out
