The service at Subway has noticeably declined. I recently placed a pickup order through their app, which indicated my order was ready. However, upon arrival, there was a long line stretching outside the door. At the designated pickup area, a staff member informed me my order wasn’t ready and that they were overwhelmed. While customers waiting in line were being assisted, even though I ordered 30 minutes earlier, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. In the end, only half of my order was prepared, so I canceled the rest and took what was available. I often visit this restaurant because their service is usually excellent. However, a few days ago, I overheard a deeply offensive racist comment about the Indian community from a Hispanic woman working at the front. I mention her ethnicity not to single her out, but to highlight that everyone should be held accountable. An Indian man had just placed an order for a large quantity of tomatoes, and after he left, she began making derogatory remarks about the Indian community to another customer. I was shocked and immediately decided to leave.
The Cloverly Subway is immaculate, offers immediate service, and serves a delicious tuna sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with pepper jack cheese. It was absolutely amazing!
The employees are welcoming, and the service is quick. I have no issues and would certainly suggest this restaurant.
