Ordered on the subway app. Did not get the correct bread for both of the subs I ordered nor were ingredients correct. Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread but got the regular bread. One of the subs did not have cheese when cheese was requested. The other sub had sweet onions on it when I requested no sweet onions on it, but i requested spinach on it and it didn't. Luckily, the sweet onions were set on the top so I could just pick it off. Could not go back because husband and I ate the sandwiches at our destination we were heading to.Giving it 2 because the subs were still eaten since we were so hungry.Would not recommend ordering on app since it seems like they don't pay attention to it...
The food was delicious. Prices pretty high but the young woman that served us seemed like she was upset that she had to make subs. No greeting. Just a rude look. Maybe they need new employees that might make people feel welcomed instead of like we are bothering someone to make our 50 dollar order. We won't be back on her shifts! just bought threw grub hub, paid for double meat and extra cheese and got neither. spent $18 on a $9 sandwich. tried calling to see if I could just run over there and get my sandwich made correctly, no answer. update, I called grub hub and they helped me out with the refund for the meat and the cheese so i do not feel scammed as badly. One of the double pane windows is broken on the exterior of the restaurant. The staff member working during the day is not very friendly, appearing depressed and unenthusiastic to greet customers. This establishment is unique in that it still provides kids' toys with meals, a feature not commonly found at other Subway locations.

Usually only 1 employee on at night and they do a great job trying to make sure everything is right. As one of the two only options for quick dinner in newport this place has improved with customer service and fresher toppings. Thanks for doing agreat job improving the restaurant!!
