I encountered another issue when the employee used the same paper she was preparing my sandwich on to wipe off her mustard-spreading spatula, and then wrapped my sandwich in that same paper. Wouldn’t it be better to use a fresh sheet? At that moment, I decided I wouldn’t be spending my money there anymore. It really makes you wonder whether they simply don’t know better, don’t care, or lack respect. I suspect it’s a mix of all three.
There’s another Subway just a couple of blocks away, and although I don’t frequent Subway often (I got tired of it a while back), I definitely won’t be choosing this location the next time I do.
I ordered 3 salad and 1 6 inch meatball sandwich and the meatball sandwich was a joke and an insult, as a former subway employee in Las Vegas and in california, I do know that a 6 inch sandwich meatball) should have 4 meatballs on it, thesandwich I got from them through grubhub on had 2 meatballs in it and I ask for it to be toasted but my bread was burned onthe bottom and the sandwich had been smashed down were the sauce from the meatballs made the paper the sandwich was in sowet the paper was torn from all that sauce.

I had to go by myself to the store, cause try to do it a few times online in a PC first and second in the app, they are offering 15 off and it never works, very disappointed, the service was great but no discount, no points, and in the Subway FB site they told me that every store is managed individually so if they want they honor the offer otherwise no.

Rosecrans Prairie is a lovely place, though the service can be a bit slow. The food is fresh; my friends ordered six subs, while I opted for the spinach wrap. It came with turkey, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Overall, a great experience!
I took a bite of my sandwich and unexpectedly found a hard piece of pepper stem in my mouth. Then, to my surprise, I had to remove an entire bouquet of stems from my sandwich. There definitely needs to be some better training, as the person who prepared this was quite careless.
I've always had a great experience at this restaurant; the staff is consistently friendly. I make it a point to tip each of them a dollar during every visit. I also find it funny that Subway has swapped out roast beef for bacon—what a ridiculous change!

This Subway location is among the best I've ever been to! The staff was incredibly helpful and showed great patience with everyone waiting in line. The store is brand new and incorporates some impressive technology.
