I am 8 1/2 months pregnant had my 5 year old and 4 year old with me ordered 4 meals and 2 extra drinks had 6 drinks total I ask the Cashier for a cup holder as I had a bag of food and 6 drinks to carry. She tells me they don’t have cup holders so I ask her for a bag to hold all my drinks in and she tells me I have to pay for it. I told her I just paid over $70 on food and she couldn’t just give me a bag she then tells me they charge everyone for bags. I’m not one to grumble or complain about paying for a bag but in this situation where you can clearly see I have no help in carrying my order being pregnant and having 2 toddlers on top of that it’s just disappointing. Staff here is friendly and very efficient. It's a great place to grab a quick bite for lunch. Sandwiches were made to our liking. Toppings are fresh, and so is the meat. Parking is free and available. Ordered through the Mobile app, biggest mistake. It's better to watch them make a horrible sandwich then to pick up a horrible sandwich. Asked for cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, lettuce. Extra vinegar, regular mayo yellow mustard.What I received was a cold cut trip sandwich loaded with Mayo and mustard, maybe 5 pcs of lettuce, no cucumbers, and the rest of the veggies were out of my sandwhich. Is it that hard to make a sandwich?
Not the friendliest. Overpriced!!! $25.42 for 2 half sub meals. Bread choices are only wheat or white. Raspberry ice tea and lemonade is really water. Saddest service all day. Never coming back here again!!! Go somewhere else. Oh and this place is dirty. Chairs tables and floors all a mess and no one is cleaning it.

I googled places to grab a bit @9:30 last night, and was surprised to see subway was open until 10:00. I had a wonderful experience. Serenity prepared my sandwich and was charming. This will definitely be our go-to location from now on. Perhaps we were fortunate with the staff on duty, but the girl who was working this morning was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job, plus the restaurant was clean—something that's hard to come by in Kona.
We visited in the early afternoon, around 3 PM, to order sandwiches for lunch the next day. There was no wait, and Jeremiah was friendly and professional, crafting our sandwiches to perfection! The dining area was clean as well. We will definitely return.
You're doing an excellent job with your subs! We visited recently, and Trent provided fantastic service. I still think I had the best sub there!
