I knew exactly what I wanted to order, so I wasn't dawdling, but the staff still rushed me. There was no one else in the restaurant, yet both employees were unfriendly to my mom and me. Our school had provided us with a gift card that had a balance, but they insisted it couldn’t be used and repeatedly canceled our payment. We went to another Subway, and the card worked perfectly there. This isn’t my first experience with issues at this location, but the unnecessary rudeness from the staff prompted me to write this review, especially given the complications with the gift card that should have been easily resolved.
Dec 2 2022 14:40 hrs asked the young female for a footlong turkey toasted, then I asked for all the veggies, unfortunately the tomatoes were extremely wet and sougy,. I asked her to please grab me a new batch of tomatoes, she went to look for some in the back and comes back to tell me, they don?t any new tomatoes. I said ?Thank you I don?t want you the sandwich.? She then replied ? oh my god? and mumble some nasty words. Manager- if you are reading this complaint, I hope you train your employees to be respectful and cut the verbal abuse! I frequented the store 3 times a week, I will take my business elsewhere!

I've been to this Subway several times without any issues, but my visit yesterday was a different story. When I walked in and inquired about the sandwich of the day, I was told they didn’t have one. So, I decided to order a regular sandwich instead. When I got it, I noticed that the wrapper was dirty. I'm just surprised that the young lady who wrapped my sandwich didn’t notice that. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I understand it's close to closing time and everyone wants to head home, but the young woman who made my sandwiches had a poor attitude. The sandwiches were not prepared well, and I could hardly hear her questions or comments.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and our food was incredibly fresh. Their mango drink was the best we've ever had. The place was also nice and clean. Overall, we loved it!
I specifically ordered a toasted cheese sandwich with bell peppers, cucumbers, and spinach, but what I got was just spinach—no cheese and it wasn't toasted at all. What happened?
The sandwiches are always great, but I was really hoping for some cheddar broccoli soup, and unfortunately, they didn't have any! I'm so disappointed!
