Subway - Réservation de table

I knew exactly what I wanted to order, so I wasn't taking my time, but the staff still rushed me. There was no one else in the restaurant, yet both employees were unkind to my mom and me. Our school gave us a gift card with a balance, but they claimed it couldn't be used and kept canceling our payment. We went to another Subway, and the card worked perfectly there. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location, but the unnecessary rudeness from the staff compelled me to write this review, especially considering the issues with the gift card that should have been resolved easily.

I've visited this Subway a few times before and had no problems, but yesterday was different. When I walked in and asked for the sandwich of the day, they told me they didn't have one. So, I went ahead and ordered a regular sandwich instead. When I received it, I noticed that the liner was dirty. I'm just puzzled as to how the young lady who wrapped my sandwich missed that. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I get it, it close to closing time, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but this young lady that prepared my sandwiches, had a really bad attitude, the sandwiches were badly prepared and I can barely hear what this young lady was telling/ asking me.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and our food was very fresh. The mango drink was the best we've ever had. The ambiance was lovely, and the place was clean. We absolutely loved it! Réservez une table maintenant

I specifically ordered a toasted cheese sandwich with bell peppers, cucumbers, and spinach. What I received was just spinach—no cheese and it wasn't toasted at all. What's going on?

The staff at this subway are incredibly nice—really cool and friendly. The meat and vegetables are always fresh whenever I visit.

Sandwiches are always good but I reeeallly wanted cheddar broccoli soup which they didn't have! Super sad face!
