I used to visit this Subway regularly for lunch, but my experience changed dramatically after one visit. An older Indian lady prepared my sandwich, and I was shocked by the small portion size. She gave me only four wilted spinach leaves, and when I asked for more, she added just two additional leaves. I've never ordered double meat, but the amount she provided was so minimal that I had to ask for more, which left the other worker confused. She had to check my order multiple times because of the total cost. It's disappointing when a place starts off well and then declines.
Used to go here for lunch all the time till one day some old Indian lady made my sandwich and gave me half the amount they usually give. She literally gave me 4 pieces of wilted spinach and when I asked for more she added 2 more. Also I never getdouble meat but she gave me so little that I had to ask and the other worker that always makes it was so confused. She had totriple check cus my order came out to so much. Hate when places start out good then suck later
Fast service and friendly staff! I stopped in for lunch and received both of our sandwiches, drinks, chips, and cookies in under 10 minutes while seated and eating. Even as more customers arrived after us, the staff managed to take everyone's orders and process payments quickly. The store was clean, the restrooms were well-maintained, and it was easy to get on and off the BW Parkway. There was also plenty of parking available on-site.

I would give this restaurant a 2-star rating because of the behavior of the female staff. She added a tip to my bill without asking for my permission. It's not the tip itself that upset me, but the fact that she made that decision without my consent.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I ordered a charcuterie board and cookies for a business dinner, and both were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.
