Google lists this Subway as closing at 9 PM, but last night, after finishing work at 8:30 PM in Chino Hills, I stopped by around 8:51 PM hoping for a sandwich. Since I live near San Dimas, this location was perfect for dinner. Unfortunately, it was already closed when I arrived. I saw the staff packing up, and they just shook their heads when they saw me. If you’re not going to close at 9 PM, please update your hours on Google!
We visit this Subway whenever we’re craving a breakfast sandwich. The staff is always friendly, and the owner is incredibly helpful. Having tried Subways across the US, this location stands out as my favorite since I’ve never had a poorly made sandwich here.
I had an amazing experience at this Subway! Each time I go there, I’m welcomed with warmth and served quickly. The staff is extremely courteous! They truly know how to make a great Subway sandwich. I appreciate the generous portions as well! Thank you!

One employee was wearing their mask correctly, while another had it pulled down around their neck, not covering their face while preparing sandwiches. I don’t plan to visit this location again.
The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
