Ordered on the Subway app for delivery. Received my order and the sandwiches were horrible. My bread was hard as hell. Hardly any lettuce missing the banana peppers. And m daughters the same way. I called to speak to the manager and she was rude as hell. Telling me that I was wrong and that she made them. She then put me on hold for 10 min. An came back saying they wouldn't do anything for me. And t hat I needed to contact door dash. Even though it was again. Purchased on the Subway app! She was very rude even started arguing with me. Order two six inch sandwiches and was charge for 1 6 inch and a 12 inch. Cashier called the rude manager over and she stated in order to refund me she would have to refund the whole order back to my card in which it will take 5 business days to be back on my card) then recharge my card for the correct amount. I told her that was unacceptable and since it was your cashier mistake just give me the $3.50 in cash. The difference from a 6 inch to a 12 inch. She rudely stated she can't do that but she will make a another sandwich. No I order the two sandwiches all that I want. I just wanted the difference back from your cashier mistake. I fill a complaint with Corp. Now I am waiting for the owner...
I visited the restaurant at 9:30 PM on Friday, September 30th, to get some food. While I was there, an employee who was preparing my meal kept coughing all over the place. I asked him if he was okay, and he admitted he had a cold but insisted he was fine. I was quite taken aback to see him working while showing cold symptoms, especially since he wasn't wearing a mask. I also requested to speak with a manager or shift leader, but he told me that none were present during the shift. This was very concerning and unprofessional.
This location fkn sucks!! The older female lady was shady with everything on my footlong as if it's coming out of her check then to have an attitude/mad face on top of it made me want to leave, no one forced her to be there. So in order to get a somewhat decent sandwich you have to ask for extra everything. So now I just go to jerseys mikes, jimmy john's or firehouse subs, at least if I'm spending more on a shady sandwich I might as well get a sandwich that I don't have to ask extra on the quality/taste is way better!!

I’ve been visiting this restaurant for a sandwich every week for the past month, and I have to say that the woman who works there is consistently rude. She always tries to rush my order. Today, I finally had enough and asked her why she was hurrying me. She replied that they work fast at that Subway! I understand if there were other customers waiting, but I was the only one there. She always looks angry too! Overall, it’s been a really disappointing experience due to the poor service.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. The worker was not only unprofessional but also tossed my food around, which was quite off-putting. Despite my attempts to be polite, she seemed to react negatively. She messed up my order even after I repeated it three times, and then got frustrated with me for her mistake. I definitely recommend avoiding this place to save yourself some time and hassle.
I placed an order through the app for pickup at this location, and I was impressed to find that this is the only place that actually adds the "more" option for ingredients when I select it. From now on, this will be my go-to spot. I'm very satisfied!
Subway's sandwiches are delicious and healthy. I visit this location because the staff is friendly, which is a big plus for the service. I come here once a week and enjoy trying a different sandwich each time. Thank you!
