Absolutely disgusted! Found 2 different textures of hair in one of my sandwiches, 6 inch tuna flatbread. Ended up throwing all of the food away after this. The manager needs to enforce a serious hair net policy in this place, one for facial hair and onefor the employees head. It was hard enough to find this location with lack of signage and congested parking due to the garageand gas station its connected to. Then to get home and find this is absolutely sickening. For your own health and safety, I donot recommend visiting this location.
I downloaded the Subway app because it advertised a buy one, get one free promotion, but unfortunately, the app wasn't functioning correctly. As a result, I ended up paying full price instead of receiving the discount. The manager noticed the situation, but unfortunately, he didn't offer any help. I was quite disappointed with his lack of assistance. Because of this experience, I won't be going back to Subway or using the app again. I feel like their advertising was misleading.
I placed an online order for two subs, and when I arrived to pick them up, the attendant was sitting down eating. He asked me to wait a few moments while he finished his meal. When I mentioned my online order, he said it was ready and pointed to the counter where it was sitting. I wanted to place another order, but he told me to hold on for a moment. After waiting for two minutes, he continued eating his lunch, so I decided to leave. I won’t be returning to this location.
I had a craving for a meatball sub, so I stopped by this Subway at 8:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that the meatballs had already been put away and couldn't be brought out so close to closing time. I really don't understand that policy. To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll return to this location.

The sign indicates that they open at 8 AM, and the online information confirms that they have been open since then. However, it's currently 9:20 AM on a Friday, and they are still not open! Additionally, it seems they don't store their meats properly overnight.
The customer service was excellent, and the staff were attentive in adhering to security protocols. The food is consistently fresh.
