That day, the staff at the restaurant did a great job of remaining calm and composed when they were hit with an unexpected influx of customers due to the Panda restaurant next door being closed. They worked well as a team and maintained a friendly attitude towards their customers. I would have given them five stars for their performance, but the wait time was just too long.
