Our experience occurred at the Subway located on 3rd Street in Grove, Oklahoma. The manager there is also the main manager for both Subway locations and was involved in this incident. My husband was charged $40 for three footlong sandwiches despite having a coupon for three footlongs at $17.99. When he got home and shared this with me, I called the restaurant, but they refused to acknowledge the coupon, even though I know it was valid. I spoke with two managers, and all they could say was that the day's transactions were closed out, but they could offer me one free footlong as compensation. Subway has been a family favorite for at least a decade. I had some issues with this location in Grove in the past, but those days seem to be behind us. The dining area, restrooms, and visible food preparation areas are consistently clean. The food is fresh and delicious. What really stands out is the staff—they are friendly, courteous, and pleasant. Highly recommended!
Went last night, the guy said he had no onions or peppers. Blamed morning shift. Didn't even add my sauce to my bowl. He looked either high or just woke up. Have ate here before and loved it. Not last night! It sucked! Basically I was charged for a whole protein bowl and it should've been half price! Only a chicken salad with no sauce. It was supposed to be a mexicali.
I absolutely love the service at this specific location. It's a small Subway, but it left me feeling incredibly satisfied. This is the best service I've received from this chain in several years. I really wish I had caught the name of the man who made my sandwich because he definitely deserves a raise—perhaps even double his current pay!

Located inside the Walmart Supercenter, this restaurant has a friendly vibe with cheerful staff. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the sandwiches are simply outstanding!
Love subway. Disabled, in the parking lot and in the restaurant. Staff are always friendly and helpful and they are clean.
