I strongly advise against placing online orders from the Subway at College of DuPage. I made an order that was canceled, but the payment made with a Subway gift card was never refunded. Despite waiting four days and sending multiple emails to corporate, I have yet to receive any response. When I called the store, the manager was completely unhelpful, claimed it wasn’t her responsibility, refused to provide any contact information, and hung up on me twice. Even after I pointed out that their website still lists them as open with ordering available, she simply said she had informed corporate before ending the call again. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
