I went here the other day with my mother. The guy (a short greasy looking man with glasses) who made my sandwich was extremely rude to me as soon as I started to order. I laughed it off but it wasn’t right for him to be rude since I was a paying customer. I don’t know what set him off but he needs to learn to be more professional when handling customers and put any random personal issues to the side. I will never eat here again and I hope they close down.
This has to be the worst customer service and subway location in New York. They ask for more identification for a sandwich when you order in the app than the police do. Rude people and the short lady has a temper just by seeing people come into the store.
Small place, but it definitely gets the job done. Food is definitely good. You can’t go wrong with a sandwich you chose the ingredients of.
